This necklace is a birthday gift for a friend. I used gold tinted chain and rosary style chain made with Chalcedony chips. I added a gold spacer and a pearl as a pendant and I interspersed the chains with red ruby agate beads.
Uninspired necklace
7 MayI made this necklace some time ago for a friend’s birthday. It’s a very simple necklace made with chrystals, black glass beads, blue calcite stones, orange (I don’t remember which) stones, cultivated pearls and chain.
I’m sorry to say that I don’t think it’s one of my best handiwork as I wasn’t particularly inspired. Nonetheless it has been apparently appreciated….
Trapping Stones
24 JanSome time ago I have been given a big citrine stone but since it didn’t have a hole I didn’t know how to use it, so I put it in a drawer and it stayed there for a while.
Then, last June, I saw a girl wearing a necklace with a pendant stone trapped in a kind of net made of cotton string.
I searched the web for a tutorial and I came up with this…
The citrine stone is not only beautiful but has many positive features: it carries the power of the sun, it is warm and comforting, energizing. It stimulates the chakras like the sunlight of spring, clearing the mind and stirring the soul to action. Its frequency awakens creativity and imagination, and sustains the process of transforming dreams and wishes into tangible form.
Bring it on, citrine!
Last craft of 2015
4 JanHere is my last craft work for 2015: a necklace/bracelet that you can wear in many ways: as a long necklace, as a “2 rounds” necklace, as a chocker (3 rounds), or as a bracelet (multi-rounds!!!).
You choose. 🙂
BTW Happy New Year to all my (few) blog-followers. 🙂

Overview…
Made to order
25 SepThis crafty passion of mine is becoming a bit lucrative too… 😁
As a matter of fact this necklace here was ordered by a friend as a birthday present.
Obviously I made a special price for my friend, but the most important thing for me is that my work has been appreciated enough to place me an order! 😄
Anyway it is made with blue crystal, Korean Jasper, amethyst, red crystal, red/orange agate and labradorite.
Chain and Beads Collection
3 NovWith my latest bracelet I inaugurated a new collection called “Chain and Beads”… here is another bracelet I made this past weekend. It is made with beads and two different sizes of chains.I also added a pink flower-shaped stone bead at the center to give it a girlie twist.
I think it has a strong visual impact….
My style
20 FebThis bracelet is definitely more my *style*, compared to the Chainmaille earings of my previous posts…. the “rosary technique” is always a favourite of mine. This bracelet is made with 3 strings of multicolor tinted agate stone beads, but I might as well decide to add few more….
Orange and purple bracelet
13 MarWell, I thought that something was missing in my previous project… that’s why I decided to add a bracelet…
Orange and Purple
12 MarWith this new project I’m back to beding. Once again the inpsiration comes from a lovely necklace that saw in the window of one of my favourite shop in Milan city center. It was far too expensive for my pocket, so I reproduced it obviously with some changes mainly due to different material. For this necklace and earings I used some golden wire along with amethyst, purple agate, orange cat’s eye and crackle glass beads. The final result is quite far from the original but I’m pretty satisfied anyway. I particularly like how the earings came out.

Korean jade
15 JanLast Friday me and my craft pal Paola went to this new gems shop in her town. They were making sales and we took full advantage of it. 🙂
I basically bought stones and some crystals along with some findings. Here is the first outcome of my wild shopping: a necklace and matching earings made with Korean yellow jade and black crystals. 🙂
